All sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.

This can include different session lengths, ongoing support, or a mix of coaching and reflective practice. If you’re not sure what you need, we can shape it together.

Growth is for you if you’re ready to explore your patterns at a deeper level, strengthen your boundaries, and practise new ways of showing up in your life.

You get ten coaching sessions, time to integrate what you’re learning, and support between sessions so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

Coaching package

A supportive coaching programme to help you understand yourself more deeply and create steadier foundations for change.

Foundations is for you if you’re ready to move beyond firefighting and explore the patterns, beliefs and habits that keep pulling you off track.

You get six coaching sessions, space to pause and integrate, and support between sessions so you can build confidence, clearer boundaries and sustainable shifts in your wellbeing.

Coaching Package

A short, supportive coaching space to help you get clear, calm and back on your feet.

Reset is for you if everything feels loud, heavy or confusing and you need clarity quickly.

You get two coaching sessions, a follow up implementation session and support between sessions so you can understand what’s going on, decide what matters right now and take your next steps with confidence.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a dedicated space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

So often, we move through life focused on responsibilities, expectations and what we feel we should be doing, without taking the time to ask whether our choices truly align with who we are and what we want.

Coaching gives you the opportunity to explore where you are now, understand yourself more deeply and identify what you want moving forward.

My role is not to tell you what to do. Instead, I provide a supportive space where you can reflect, challenge unhelpful beliefs, discover your own answers and take meaningful action towards creating a life that feels right for you.

How can coaching help me?

Coaching helps you move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself towards greater clarity, confidence and self trust.

It can support you to:

Coaching is not about becoming a different person. It is about reconnecting with who you are, understanding what matters to you and creating a future that feels authentic.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching and therapy are both valuable forms of support, but they serve different purposes.

Therapy often focuses on healing, processing and understanding past experiences, emotional wounds and mental health challenges.

Coaching is generally focused on the present and future. It helps you understand where you are now, where you want to go and what steps can help you move forward.

We may explore past experiences in coaching to understand beliefs, patterns or behaviours, but the focus is on using that awareness to create change.

I am trauma informed and approach coaching with compassion and understanding, but coaching is not therapy.

If I feel another form of support would better meet your needs, I will always encourage you to access that.

Is coaching suitable for everyone?

Coaching works best when you are open to reflection, willing to explore new perspectives and ready to engage with the process.

You do not need to have all the answers before starting. Many people come to coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what they want.

You do need curiosity and a willingness to consider that things could be different.

I will provide support, questions, tools and encouragement, but lasting change comes from your willingness to engage and take action.

What happens during a coaching session?

A coaching session is dedicated time for you to pause, reflect and focus on yourself.

We will explore where you are now, what challenges you are facing and what you would like to change.

Together, we will identify what matters to you, explore different perspectives and look at practical steps forward.

Sessions are personalised to you. Depending on what would be most helpful, we may use reflection exercises, mindset work, journaling, guided visualisation or other coaching tools.

What makes your approach different?

I believe people deserve to be supported as whole human beings.

We are not defined by one role, one challenge or one part of our lives. Our confidence, relationships, work, wellbeing and personal goals all influence each other.

This is why my coaching is not about putting you into a box. Instead, we explore what is important to you as an individual and what support will help you move forward.

My approach combines professional experience, coaching expertise and a genuine belief that change is possible.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of NHS experience, alongside my coaching qualifications and ongoing professional development.

My qualifications and training include:

🎓 Honours degree in Nursing (NMC Registered Nurse).

🎓 Master's level module in Professional Nurse Advocacy.

🎓 Life Coaching certification.

🎓 Self Love Coaching certification.

🎓 Mental Health Awareness certification.

🎓 Psychological First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace certification.

My healthcare background gives me a strong understanding of wellbeing, resilience and the connection between mind and body, which I integrate into my coaching approach.
