Reset is a short coaching programme that gives you space to pause, reflect and feel more supported with what is going on in your life right now.

It is for people who do not need a longer programme but know they would benefit from talking things through, understanding what feels difficult and finding a calmer way forward.

You do not need to arrive with a clear plan. Reset simply gives you time, support and a steady place to land.

This programme is about helping you feel steadier in the present moment, not reshaping your whole life.

What's included in the Reset coaching programme?

Three Coaching Sessions

Two online sessions are 60 minutes long and are focused on what you are struggling with right now and the third is a 30 minute accountability call

Space to Pause

Time to reflect, integrate and notice what is changing before we continue.

Support Between Sessions

Email support in between sessions so that you don't feel like you are doing this alone.

Summary notes

Clear notes after each session and reminders to help you stay connected to your progress and clear on any actions.

How does the Reset coaching programme work?

Reset takes place over three to four weeks. We meet and focus on what feels most present for you.

Together we look at what is feeling heavy, confusing or overwhelming and find calmer ways of responding.

You will have time to pause, reflect and feel more supported.

This is not about long term change. It is about giving yourself a moment to breathe and feel steadier with a specific challenge.

Reset is ideal for you if:

You do not need to arrive with a perfect goal or a list of things to work on.

Together, we will explore what is happening, what is taking up your energy and what would help you feel more supported moving forwards.

What can I expect from a Reset session?

Reset provides a calm, supportive space to step away from the noise of everyday life.

Together we'll explore what's feeling heavy, what you need most right now and what small, realistic steps could help you move forwards.

Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and more able to approach life with renewed perspective.

Is three sessions enough time to make a difference?

Reset is designed to provide focused support around what is happening for you right now.

While three sessions will not transform every area of your life, they can create valuable space to understand your situation, gain clarity and begin making changes that help you feel steadier.

Sometimes having dedicated time to pause, reflect and be supported is exactly what is needed to start moving forwards.

How is Reset different from talking to a friend or family member?

Having support from people who care about you is valuable, but coaching provides something different.

Reset gives you dedicated time and space focused entirely on you.

Rather than offering advice or telling you what you should do, I will help you explore what is happening, understand your own thoughts and feelings, and find the answers and next steps that feel right for you.

Do I need to be ready to make big changes?

No.

Reset is not about completely changing your life overnight.

It is about creating space to understand what is happening, finding calmer ways to respond and taking small, meaningful steps that support you.

You can start exactly where you are.

Is Reset suitable if I am experiencing a difficult life situation?

Reset can be helpful when you are navigating challenges and need space to think, reflect and feel supported.

However, coaching is not therapy and is not a replacement for medical or mental health support.

If I feel another type of support would better meet your needs, I will always encourage you to access that.

What happens if I realise I need more support after Reset?

That is completely okay.

Reset can be a valuable standalone coaching programme, helping you feel clearer, calmer and more supported.

Some people feel they have what they need to continue independently afterwards. Others decide they would benefit from longer-term support through Foundations or Growth Coaching.

If that feels relevant, we can discuss your options. There is no expectation or pressure to continue.

How do I know whether Reset or Foundations is right for me?

Foundations offers a longer coaching journey for people who want more time to explore patterns, build confidence and create deeper change.
