The spring of the lunar cycle, this is a time filled with energy of new beginnings, winter has passed and we are focusing on the future plans and have the energy to take action.

The waxing moon is the phase of building momentum, laying foundations, and acting on the dreams/ new ideas/ projects you imagined during the New Moon. You are feeling energised and motivated.
What Is the Waxing Moon Phase? The Waxing Moon phase begins just after the New Moon and continues until the Full Moon.
Why Is This Phase Important?
As great as it is to be in the fertile void of the new moon and generating ideas, if these ideas stay there they never manifest in reality. We need to take real action, this is time to begin taking this action, no matter how small or imperfect this action may be. Our energy shifts from inward facing to outward facing. We are more open to collaborating and networking with others. We are willing to put ourselves and our ideas out into the world in the hope of bringing them to life.
How to Work with This Phase:
Set Goals: Focus on short-term, achievable steps.. it doesn't have to be perfect.
Organise: Create plans, schedules, and lists.
Move Your Body: Physical movement helps shift mental stagnation - classes like dance fitness, zumba, aerobics.. anything that is going to get you moving is exactly what the moon ordered.
Real Talk From Me:
I've definitely spent way too much time in idea generation, creating a million to do lists and not actually taking action because I want it to be perfect. Now I encourage myself to just get on with it and take the imperfect action.
How to Start Living in Alignment with the Waxing Moon phase of the Lunar Cycle:
1️⃣ Awareness first — simply start noticing how your energy, mood, and focus change with the waxing moon. What action could you take this week with the spring energy to give you a nudge?
2️⃣ Track it — use a lunar calendar with all the essential dates so you can plan in advance around the lunar cycle (included in my Cyclical Wisdom Vault to make it super easy).

Q: What if I don't know where to start with all of my ideas?
A: It can be really hard when you have so many ideas but I would start with a piece of paper and write your main goal at the top. For example, health. Then choose one task you can take action on in the next 15 minutes that will help you with this goal. So for health it might be drinking a glass of water, getting up and doing a minute walking on the spot, booking a gym class etc. Once you have done that you can come back and map out more tasks. It won't feel as overwhelming because you know you have already taken action towards your goal.
