The summer of the lunar cycle, this is your time. You are magnetic, the moon is shining a spotlight on you and even the most introverted introverts discovers the confidence to speak up.

The full moon gives us the energy and confidence to launch our ideas, to share them widely with others, to meet more people and try new things.

What Is the Full Moon Phase? The Full Moon represents fullness, wholeness, and outward expression.

It’s when you naturally want to share your ideas, connect with others, and take up space.

Why Is This Phase Important?

If you struggle with self confidence it can be daunting to think of the spotlight on you. But you deserve to have an opinion. Your thoughts matter. If you normally shy away from speaking up in meetings, this week is your week to feel empowered to share your thoughts. Especially if something has been bothering you for awhile, this week is your week to speak up. If you shy away from public speaking, again this is a great time for that and networking with others. This is the last of the outward energy phases as we turn back to inward energy with the waning moon so plan those events/ social activities this week.

How to Work with This Phase:

  1. Speak Up: Say what you’ve been holding back.

  2. Launch: If you have a product or service — this is the time.

  3. Celebrate Wins: Acknowledge how far you’ve come.

Real Talk From Me:

I've known about the impact of the full moon since I started training as a nurse when I was 18. The nurses I worked alongside cautioned me that night shifts over full moon would be filled with interesting antics and confusion galore and that if not on nights it would be harder to sleep because the moon is so bright. But it took me a lot longer to appreciate the full impact of all of the lunar phases.

How to Start Living in Alignment with the Waxing Moon phase of the Lunar Cycle:

1️⃣ Awareness first — simply start noticing how your energy, mood, and focus change with the waxing moon. What action could you take this week with the spring energy to give you a nudge?
2️⃣ Track it — use a lunar calendar with all the essential dates so you can plan in advance around the lunar cycle (included in my Cyclical Wisdom Vault to make it super easy).
3️⃣ Make small adjustments — start planning your rest, work, and social life around your natural energy. Each week I post a reel on my Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts to provide advice on how to maximise the current lunar energy so head on over to get the latest tips.
